This article described current research situation of operation management for the domestic and foreign air conditioning system. And then aimed the cold source system, water system and air system of the central air-conditioning system, which introduced the operation evaluation index and method of the central air-conditioning system in detail, and finally established the operation evaluation system table for the central air-conditioning system, which in order to judge the operation status of the central air-conditioning system scientifically and reasonably, and to point out the direction for the improvement of the central air-conditioning system, it has important reference value and guiding significance.
