低温等离子技术在空气净化领域的发展现状及其应用前景 被引量:12

摘要 空气是人类赖以生存的物质基础,因此空气质量的好坏与人们的生活健康息息相关。伴随着空气质量问题的日益突出,空气净化技术正受到越来越广泛的关注和重视。低温等离子体技术因为其低能耗、高效率、无二次污染等一系列优点,成为了空气净化技术中非常具有研究价值的一项多学科交叉技术。从低温等离子体在净化空气污染的作用机理出发,对目前国内外最新的低温等离子体的制造、污染物净化应用进行了总结,对比了各项技术的利弊,并在最后对低温等离子体技术在空气污染治理方面的前景做出分析和展望。 Air is the material basis for human survival, therefore, the air quality is closely related to people's lives and healthy condition. Air purification technology has drawn more and more attension with the development of the increasingly prominent air quality problems. Non-thermal plasma(NTP) technology has been developing as a multidisciplinary technology with great research value due to its series of advantages such as low energy consumption, high efficiency, none secondary pollution etc..Starting from the mechanism for plasma technology in air pollution purification, this paper introduces the latest developments in the prodution, the application in pollution purification and the current problems of the NTP. In the end of this paper, an outlook is made toward the future research directions of NTP technology for air pollusion purification.
