法律职业资格考试改革背景下行政法教学探索

Exploration of Administrative Law Teaching in the Context of Reform of Legal Professional Qualification Examination

国家司法考试即将调整为国家统一法律职业资格考试,案例化特征更加突出,考试形式也会发生变化,这对行政法学教学提出了新的要求。目前的教学模式存在教学内容偏重理论、未能充分运用案例教学法、课程考核不能与法律职业资格考试有效衔接等问题,必须进行改革。应该正确处理基础理论教学与法律职业资格考试备考的关系,合理调整案例教学模式,改革课程考核方式,使行政法学教学适应新形势的要求。

National Judicial Examination will be changed to Legal Professional Qualification Examination. There will be more cases in the examination papers and the examination form will be changed too. This reform addresses new requirements to administrative law teaching. Current administrative law teaching concentrates heavily on academic theory while the case teaching method can not be used well. And the course assessment is also inappropriate, which requires the reform urgently. We should correctly deal with the relationship between the academic theory teaching and the preparation for the Legal Professional Qualification Examination. We should readjust the modes of case teaching method reasonably and reform the course assessment of administrative law teaching so as to meet the demands of the new situation.
