摘要
现有的安全稳定控制策略是基于离线计算的预想方式和故障集,难以全面涵盖电网所有的特殊运行方式。在分析比较现有基于广域响应的暂态失稳判据的基础上,利用电力系统发生严重故障后发电机功角和振荡中心电压的同调变化关系,提出了一种计及振荡中心电压轨迹时间积分的暂态稳定判别技术,采用集中式控制结构方案,研发了基于广域响应的暂态稳定在线预判控制系统,实现了不依赖模型的电力系统暂态稳定实用化快速判别,并成功应用于贵州六盘水北部电网,投运至今运行正常,为电网严重故障时的紧急控制提供支持。
The existing security and stability control strategy is based on off-line calculated expected modes and failure set, and is diffi- cult to comprehensively cover all special operation modes of the power grid. The existing transient instability criterions based on wide area response are analyzed and compared. By utilizing the coherent variation of power-angle of generator and voltage in oscillation cen- ter during the serious fault of the power system, a transient stability discriminant technology is presented considering the time integra- tion of the oscillation center voltage trajectory. A transient stability online pre-detection control system based on wide area response is developed by adopting the centralized control structure scheme, and it can achieve fast and practical discrimination of the power system transient stability status without relying on model. The control system is successfully applied to the northern power grid of Liupanshui in Guizhou, and is operating normally so far to support emergency control during serious fault in power grid.
