摘要 本文提出了基于信息熵的光伏发电选址定容方法,该方法利用信息熵衡量选址影响因素的重要性、最大可消纳光伏出力功率与光伏出力的波动相似程度,以待选节点决策量化值最大为选址目标,以消纳电量最大为定容目标,在提高光伏消纳能力的同时降低弃光率。最后,以华东某实际电网为例进行规划计算,验证了所提方法的合理性。 In this paper, a location and capacity method based on information entropy is proposed. The method uses information entro- py to measure the importance of location factors, the fluctuation similarity of maximum consuming photovoltaic power and photovoltaic output. The location target is maximum decision quantization of candidate node, and the capacity target is largest consumptive power. This method may improve the consumptive ability of photovoltaic and reduce discard rate. Finally, an actual power grid in east China is taken as an example to evaluate the rationality of the proposed method, and its validity is proved.
