摘要
传统的电力系统安全稳定控制系统站间通信方案存在一些固有的缺陷,不符合当前技术发展的趋势,制约着稳控系统规模的扩大和应用的深入。借鉴智能变电站过程层GOOSE通信技术,提出了基于IEC 61850的稳控系统站间通信技术方案,研究了通信组网架构、通信容量控制、数据流量控制和可视化解耦配置等关键技术,并介绍了巴西美丽山稳控系统等典型工程应用。基于IEC 61850的稳控系统站间通信技术稳定可靠、传输数据量大、重用性和互操作性好,满足稳定控制系统站间信息交互的需求,代表着稳控系统通信技术发展的方向。
Traditional communication technology between substations of security and stability control (SSC) system has some inherent shortcomings, it does not conform to the trend of current technological development and restricts the expansion and application of SSC. Using intelligent substation process layer GOOSE communication technology, a new communication technology between substations based on IEC 61850 in SSC is proposed in this paper. The key technology of communication network architecture, communication ca- pacity control, data flow control and visualization of decoupling configuration are deeply researched, and the typical project of Brazil Belo Monte SSC application is introduced. This technology has several advantages, such as stable and reliable communication, data transmission capacity, reusability and interoperability. It can meet the demand of information exchange between substations, and it re- presents the development direction of the communication technology of SSC.
