新疆某三甲医院2014～2016年住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物应用分析

Utilization analysis of specialized antibacterial drugs of inpatients in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from 2014 to 2016

目的调查新疆医科大学第一附属医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者特殊使用级抗菌药物的临床使用情况,为合理使用特殊级抗菌药物提供参考。方法对2014~2016年我院特殊使用级抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、抗菌药物使用强度等指标进行回顾性分析。结果我院特殊使用级抗菌药物销售金额由2014年的3008.07万元增长至2016年的4231.78万元,DDDs由2014年的44398.61增长至2016年的56681.47,临床最常用的特殊使用级抗菌药物为碳青霉烯类,血液科是特殊使用级抗菌药物使用量最多的科室。结论我院特殊使用级抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍需继续加强管理,合理选用围术期预防用药品种,严格落实特殊使用级抗菌药物会诊制度。

Objective To investigate the application of specialized antibacterial drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University （＂our hospital＂ for short）, in order to provide reference for rational use of specialized antibacterial drugs. Methods The utilization of specialized antibacterial drugs in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and AUD. Results The consumption sum of specialized antibacterial drugs increased from 30080700 Yuan to 42317800 Yuan. DDDs increased from 44398.61 to 56681.47 over three years of 2014-2016. The most frequently used specialized antibacterial drugs were carbopenems. The Department of Hematology was the most used department. Conclusion The application of specialized antibacterial drugs is reason- able basically, but management still should be strengthened and reasonable selection of pt：rioperative preventive medicine. Consultation system of specialized antibacterial drugs should be implemented strictly.
