Chinese Translation of Works of Jean Nicolas Arthur Rimbaud in the Period of Republic of China

兰波是前象征主义诗人。20世纪初期,兰波被立体主义和超现实主义的诗人重新发现。兰波主要是作为象征主义诗人被引介到现代中国,现代中国只有极少的兰波译诗,译者包括侯佩尹、诸侯(陈瑜清)、徐仲年。戴望舒选译了兰波的散文诗六篇,发表于《华侨日报文艺周刊》,这是一个学界极少关注的事件。

Rimbaud is a pre-symbolist poet who was rediscovered by Cubist and Surrealist poets in the early 20th century. He was introduced to modern China mainly as a symbolist poet with only a few poems, whose translators include Hou Peiyin, Zhu Hou （Chen Yuqing） ,Xu Zhongnian. Dai Wangshu translated six poems and published in the Arts Weekly of Overseas Chinese Daily,which caused little academic concern.
