Health Care Condition of Kindergartens in Fujian Province from 2009 to 2016

目的了解2009—2016年福建省托幼机构卫生保健工作的动态变化趋势,为适时采取干预措施,使卫生保健工作更加规范化,改进保健举措提供科学依据。方法采用《福建省托儿所幼儿园卫生保健工作年报表》数据,对其中2009—2016年资料进行统计分析。结果 2009—2016年福建省托幼机构总数逐年增多,县(区)级及以上办园比例逐年增高至13.14%,以全日制园所为主,其所占比例逐年提高至70.70%。托幼机构卫生保健人员逐年增多,保健人员与幼儿比提高至1:195。儿童体检率逐年提高至96.99%,儿童眼保健、口腔保健和听力保健率逐年提高至78.68%、76.53%和33.39%。结论福建省托幼机构卫生保健整体水平逐年提高,但与国家标准仍有差距。托幼机构应积极落实各项卫生保健制度,提升卫生保健工作水平。

Objective To investigate the health care conditions of kindergartens in Fujian province from 2009 to 2016. Thereby, to provid theoretical basis and suggestions to the government for formulating and improving kindergarten health management. MethodsTo analyze the annal reports of collective children＇s health care in Fujian province from 2009 to 2016. Results The total number of kindergarten was increasing year by year in Fujian Province, and there were mainly full-time form（70.70%）. Kindergartens above county（district） level had increased to 13.14% in 2016. The total number of health care providers was increasing year by year in Fujian Province, and the proportion of health care providers and children was 1：195 in 2016. The rates of child physical examination, eye care, oral health care and hearing care were increasing to 96.99%, 78.68%, 76.53% and 33.39%. Conclusion The overall level of health care in kindergartens in Fujian Province is satisfactory, however, there was a gap with the national requirements. More attentions should be paid to improve the health care in kindergartens to promote children physical and mental health.
