急性胆源性胰腺炎患者的药学监护(附1例报告)

Pharmaceutical care of 1 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis

目的:探讨老年急性胆源性胰腺炎患者的治疗方案及药学监护重点.方法:选取1例急性胆源性胰腺炎病例,结合急性胰腺炎的治疗原则和治疗方案,分析药物治疗方案的合理性,制订个体化的药学监护计划并实施全程药学监护.结果:临床药师能够及时发现患者药物治疗问题,进而优化治疗方案,为患者提供安全、合理、有效、经济的药物治疗.结论:临床药师通过参与药物治疗方案的制定并提供全程药学监护,可以优化患者的药物治疗方案,提高合理用药水平.

AIM： To investigate the therapeutic regimen and key points of the pharmaceutical care for the elderly patients with acute biliary pancreatitis. METHODS： One case of acute biliary pancreatitis was selected as the object of study. According to treatment principle and therapeutic regimen of acute pancreatitis,the rationality of therapeutic regimen was analyzed,then an individualized pharmaceutical care plan was made and the whole process of pharmaceutical care was carried out. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists can promptly discover the mistakes of the therapeutic regimen,and then optimize the treatment regimen to provide a safe,reasonable,effective and economic affordable drug treatment. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the optimization of therapeutic regime as well as the improvement of rational drug usage through participating in the development of the therapeutic regimen and providing whole process of pharmaceutical care.
