摘要
智能配电网的经济性,对配电网的规划建设起指导作用。从运行经济性、建设经济性以及社会效益性三个方面建立了智能配电网经济性综合评价体系,并使用层次分析法与熵权法结合的方法确定指标的组合权重。然后,以该指标体系为依据,建立了评价智能配电网经济性的综合评价模型。最后,将该方法应用到某供电公司的智能配电网规划效果评价中,通过其规划前与规划后的经济性综合评价结果,表明了建立的评估体系在智能配电网发展经济性评价的实用性及有效性。
The economy of smart distribution network, plays a role of guidance for distribution network planning and construction. This article establish the economy comprehensive evaluation system of smart distribution network from three aspects,including the running economy , the construction of economy and the social benefit. In addition, the combination weights are determined using the combined method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight method, then the comprehensive evaluation model is set up. Finally,the method is applied to a power supply enterprise smart distribution network planning assessment and the comparison of economy comprehensive evaluation results before and after the planning of a region, shows the evaluation system established in this paper the practicability and validity of economic evaluation in the intelligent distribution network development.
