摘要
为生产高附加值的涤纶产品,将不同方法配制的二氧化钛乙二醇浆料加入聚酯聚合釜,合成全消光聚酯切片,再将全消光聚酯切片制备成全消光聚酯纤维。测试了全消光聚酯切片和纤维的性能,分析了纺丝过程中聚酯的黏度降,用扫描电镜观察了二氧化钛在纤维中的分布情况。试验结果表明:两种二氧化钛乙二醇浆料都可以合成全消光聚酯切片;该聚酯切片的可纺性、牵伸性及热稳定性均较好;二氧化钛在纤维中分散均匀。
In order to produce the high value-added polyester fibers,titanium dioxide and glycol slurry prepared by two different methods were added into polyester polymerizer,full dull polyester chips were synthesized,then the full dull polyester chips were prepared into full dull polyester fibers.The properties of full dull polyester chips and fibers were tested.The viscosity reduction of polyester during spinning process was analyzed.The distribution of titanium dioxide in the fiber was observed by SEM.The results showed that two kinds of titanium dioxide and glycol slurry could be used in synthesis full dull polyester chips;the polyester chip had good spinnability,drawing performance and thermal stability;titanium dioxide was dispersed uniformly in the fiber.
