摘要
研究了KSN增白剂在废聚酯回收纺丝过程中的应用。通过扫描电镜、红外分析、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析等表征手段,发现KSN增白剂使用量在0.02%~0.05%(与原料质量比)时,其对纤维的熔点、结晶温度和形貌等影响不大,但能改善再生聚酯纤维的热稳定性,并具有良好的纤维增白效果。
In the process of recycling and spinning of waste polyester,the application of KSN brightening agent in regenerated polyester fiber was studied.By scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry characterization methods,it was found that the mass of brightening agent in 0.02% ~0.05% (with the raw material mass ratio) had little effect on melt point,crystallization temperature and morphology of regenerated PET fibers,but it could improve the thermal stability of regenerated polyester fibers and could achieve good fiber whitening effect.
