利用丙烷燃烧火焰喷吹铬矿粉的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了加快铬矿粉在转炉熔池中的熔融还原速率,一种利用丙烷燃烧火焰输送铬矿粉剂的方法被提出。为了研究喷枪结构对粉气射流的具体影响,设计了三种不同结构的喷枪,并利用FLUENT软件和包含76步化学反应的丙烷燃烧机理模型对其流场和温度场进行了详细研究,结合离散型模型分析了粉剂被火焰加热的效果。最终得出结论:喷枪结构对气体流场和温度场有显著影响,进而影响到铬矿粉被加热的效果;枪口直径越小,粉气射流速度越大,火焰聚合效果越好,铬矿粉被加热的温度也越高,有利于加快铬矿熔融还原速率。 In order to speed up the rate of melt reduction of chrome ore in converter bath an idea that using propane combustion flame to deliver chrome ore powder was raised. For figuring out the specific impact of lance structure on jetting of powder and gas,this paper designed three different structure of the lance,and studied on flow field and temperature field in detail by using FLUENT software and a propane combustion mechanism model containing 76 chemical reactions,and analyzed the effect of flame heating on powder by using the discrete model. Finally the conclusion was drawn: the lance structure had great impact on flow field and temperature field,and then affected the effect of chrome ore powder being heated; the lance diameter becomes smaller,the velocity of the jet gets faster,and the effect of flame polymerization gets better,the temperature of heated chrome ore powder is higher,it is beneficial to speed up the chrome ore melting reduction rate.
