摘要
利用ANSYS对柱塞表面堆焊金属复合层的焊接工艺过程进行模拟研究,得到了不同焊接速度下任意时刻的焊接应力场情况并进行比较分析,这为工艺改进和结构改性提供了重要依据。
Welding process on the surface of plunger welding metal composite layer was simulated using ANSYS. The welding stress fields at different welding speed at any time were analyzed,which provides an important basis for the improvement of the process and structure change.
