摘要
中心筒在使用过程中的开裂和脱落,是中心筒非正常失效乃至造成事故的主要原因之一,也是制作厂家和使用单位所面临的最大威胁。如何最大限度的避免和降低开裂的产生,确保生产的顺利进行,是势在必行要做的工作。针对铸造310S(25Cr-20Ni)材质的中心筒从不同的方面对开裂问题进行分析探讨。
The cracking and falling off of the central cylinder during use are one of the main reasons why the central tube is abnormally ineffective and even causing an accident,and it is also the greatest threat that the manufacturers and the users facing to. It is imperative to avoid and reduce the cracking to ensure smooth production,In this paper,the reasons of cracking of the casting 310 S(25 Cr-20 Ni) center tube is analyzed in different aspects.
