研究生教育与住院医师规培并轨后泌尿外科临床教学的探索与思考

Exploration and thinking of clinical teaching on urology after unification of graduate education and resident standardization training

目前我国已实行临床专业型研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训并轨。近年泌尿外科腔镜微创治疗等大量新技术在临床广泛应用,增加了培训的内容及难度,而并轨后泌尿外科专业轮转时间却减少至3个月。面对这些困难,我们拟借助互联网、视频多媒体及手术模拟器等途径,探索新的临床教学模式,以更有针对性并有效地提高受培训者的理论知识与临床能力。

At present, clinical graduate education and resident standardization training have been combined together. The widespread use of new technologies such as endoscopic minimally invasive treatment increased the content and the difficulty of clinical training. Meanwhile, the professional rotation time in urology department is reduced to 3 months. Faced with these difficulties, we intend to use the internet, multimedia, surgical simulator and other new methods to explore a new clinical teaching mode, which could effectively improve the trainees＇ theoretical knowledge and clinical ability.
