摘要
高职院校应主动适应"中国制造2025"战略,培养具有较高质量意识、创新精神和职业素养的工匠型人才。以人格塑造为核心的"匠道"培育、以知识传授为核心的"匠心"培育以及以能力培养为核心的"匠术"培育,是工匠型人才培养的主要维度。高职院校应树立工匠型人才培养的办学导向,建立知识和能力培养并重的教学体系,践行以职业素质培育为中心的教学模式,探索校企合作的协同育人模式,营造有助于工匠精神培育的校园文化。
To cultivate craftsman talents with high quality awareness, and innovation and professional spirits, higher vocational colleges should adapt to the "Made in China 2025" strategy. Transforming China to a manufacturer of quality should focus on caning forward the spirit of craftsman and cultivating qualified craftsman talents by the three dimensions of "craftsmans" Dao", " craftsmans" mind " and " craftsmans" technology". To build the spirit of craftsman cultivation oriented educational system, higher vocational colleges should follow these ways: to establish the spirit of craftsman cultivation oriented educational philosophy, to establish teaching system balancing knowledge and skills training, to strengthen students" occupation literacy education, to construct the school enterprise cooperative talent cultivation system, to mold a campus culture with the combination of human spirit and spirit of craftsman.
