宁夏中高职衔接现状及对策研究

Research on the Status and Countermeasures for the Connection of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education in Ningxia

通过宁夏职教体系建设现状的实证研究,发现宁夏在中高职衔接技能型人才培养方面存在较多问题,如地方政府层面上的规划跟不上,教育行政主管部门的过程监控不到位或缺失,行业、企业参与专业、课程建设的热情不高等。针对这些问题提出了建立健全管理制度,加大行业、企业参与力度等解决措施。

Through empirical research for the construction situations of Ningxia vocational education system, we find that there are some problems in the cultivation for higher skilled technical talents, for example, planning of the local government isn＇t developed, the process monitoring of the administrative department of education is not in place or missing, and the participation of enterprises in the curriculum construction is not high. With these problems as focus, the writer proposes some measures to improve the management system and increase the participation of industry enterprises.
