高职生资助精细化管理探析

Meticulous Management of Subsidization for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了全民教育公平化,国家有序地建立资助政策。然而,高职院校贫困生资助工作出现认定体系不健全、缺乏资助渠道、缺少有效监督与管理、缺乏"造血"功能、育人机制不健全等问题。高职院校应引入精细化管理理念,采取构建认定体系、拓展资助渠道、健全资助监督机制、培育贫困生自力更生能力、引导贫困生感恩等措施,促进贫困生资助工作良性运转,确保全民教育公平。

In order to promote the equity of education among all people, the state has established an aid policy in an orderly way. However, there are many problems such as lack of identification system, lack of funding channels, lack of effective supervision and management, and lack of hematopoietic function and unsound education mechanism. Through analysis, the following measures are taken, for example, the introduction of vocational colleges of meticulous management concept, the adoption of identification system construction, expansion of funding channels, improvement of finance supervision mechanism, cultivation of the ability of self-reliance of poor students, guidance of students with sense of gratitude, etc. which can make the subsidization for poor students go well and ensure universal education fair.
