Comparative Studies on Public Vocational Training Between China and Japan

通过对中日两国公共职业训练现状的梳理,对比分析了中日公共职业训练在对象范围、培训项目、监管方式、实施机构、课程设置、运行模式方面的异同,旨在学习借鉴日本在公共职业训练实践中的先进理念与经验,促进我国公共职业训练的发展,提高劳动者的就业技能与职业素质。

On reflection of the current situation of public vocational training between China and Japan ,it is clearly presented that the similarities and differences in range object,training programs,supervision method,enforcement body,courses offering,operational mode.The advanced concept and experience have some reference for China,which will promote development of public vocational training and improve the quality and capacity of our workers.
