Building a System of Air Pollutant Emission Standards for China's Coatings, Ink and Adhesives Manufacturing Industry

综述了涂料生产过程中污染物的排放特征,比较了国内外现有标准体系,介绍了环保部《涂料、油墨和胶黏剂工业大气污染物排放标准》具体技术内容,并为涂料生产企业提出了VOC治理达标的基本对策。

This paper summarizes the characteristics of pollutant emissions in the course of coatings production, compares existing Chinese and foreign standard systems, introduces the specilic technical contents of the Emission Standards for Industrial Air Pollutants from Manufacture of Coatings, lnks and Adhesives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and provides basic countermeasures for coatings production enterprises to meet VOC control standards.
