摘要 选取P61、E31两款水性偏氯乙烯共聚物乳液为成膜物质,通过颜料、填料及助剂的遴选,成功制备了涂装VOC≤60g/L、耐水≥15 d、耐盐雾≥600 h的高性能水性防腐底漆。随后,对树脂构成、颜料体积浓度及助剂类型对产品稳定性及防腐性的影响进行了简要探讨。该类厚浆水性底漆可替代成本较高的水性环氧底漆、水性聚氨酯底漆及水性含锌底漆,用于中等至重度腐蚀环境下金属基材的装饰与防护。 This paper selects waterborne PVDC copolymer emulsions P61 and E31 as film-lbrming matters. Through selection of pigments, fillers and additives high-perlbrmance waterborne anticorrosive primers (application VOCal.;60 g/L, waterresistance 15 d, salt fog resistance 7〉 600 h) were prepared successtillly. Then the influences of resin structures, pigments' volume concentrations and additive types on products' stability and anticorrosive property are discussed briefly. This type of mastic waterborne primers can replace high-cost waterborne epoxy primers, waterborne polyurethane primers and waterborne zinc primers and be used for decoration and protection of metal substrates under mid- and high-corrosion environment.
