有史以来．生活中各个领域里的性别不平等现象一直争议不断。性别平等这一概念是古希腊戏剧的主题．是现代文学的论题．也是世界各地的职场人士每天热议的话题。你只消看看当今的硅谷就能明白。最近，硅谷的几家科技巨头因在招聘过程中存在性别歧视而惹祸上身。（男程序员就比女程序员优秀吗？）再回想一下2014年黑客攻击索尼影业后曝光的好莱坞内幕：好莱坞女星的收入远低于好莱坞男星。确实．性别不平等现象似乎并未得到改变．因此拍摄一部探究这一社会问题的电影也算是恰如其分。《性别之战》通过精英体育赛事的矛盾冲突．再现了这一主题。
Gender inequality in all the many spheres of life has been a contentious subject for as long as recorded history. The concept has been a theme in ancient Greek theatre, a topic in modern day literature and the subject of debate in workplaces around the world to this very day. One needs to look no further than modern Silicon Valley, where prominent tech companies are currently 2~embroiled in debacles surrounding sexist hiring practices.
