我国适龄女性对人乳头瘤病毒疫苗认知水平及其影响因素的系统评价

Factors influencing knowledge about and attitudes towards human papillomavirus vaccination among Chinese women of appropriate age:A systematic review

目的了解我国女性对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗认知情况及影响因素。方法通过检索查询和筛选相关文献,对符合标准的文献使用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析及描述。结果共有18篇文献纳入本研究(中文文献7篇,英文文献11篇),纳入受试对象26 848例,标本大小为64~6 024例。综合分析我国适龄女性HPV疫苗整体认知度低,相关知识缺乏,但疫苗接受度高(26.49%-94.23%)。疫苗价格、疫苗的安全性和有效性、对感染HPV的风险认识不足、医生及同伴推荐、教育程度、家庭收入等是影响疫苗接种的因素。结论我国适龄女性对HPV疫苗认知度低,但接受度高。而影响HPV疫苗认知度的主要因素有受教育程度和家庭经济收入等。积极开展防治HPV感染的健康教育,可促进HPV疫苗在我国的推广使用。

Objective To systematically review factors influencing knowledge about and attitudes towards human papillomavirus（HPV）vaccination among Chinese women of appropriate age. Methods Published studies on knowledge about and attitudes towards HPV vaccination to prevent cervical cancer among Chinese were retrieved from major Chinese and English databases.Studies were also selected individually and references included in the studies were included.The quality of each study was rigorously evaluated and rated independently by two researchers,and the data were analyzed and described using the software RevMan5.3. Results A total of 18 articles including 7 articles in Chinese and 11 articles in English were chosen.These studies involved a total of 26 848 subjects,and the sample size ranged from 64 to 6 024 subjects.Chinese women had a low level of overall awareness of HPV and HPV vaccination.Chinese women generally had little knowledge about HPV and HPV vaccination.Despite their limited knowledge,Chinese women were highly accepting of HPV vaccination（range：26.49%-94.23%）.Several major factors influencing Chinese attitudes towards HPV vaccination were cost,concerns about the efficacy and safety of HPV vaccines,the perceived likelihood of being infected with HPV,recommendations and endorsements from others,one＇s level of education,and one＇s family income.Conclusion This review suggests that Chinese women are highly accepting of HPV vaccination.Broad gaps knowledge about HPV and HPV vaccination were identified,and these should be addressed.Education about the efficacy of vaccination and lower barriers to vaccination would also be useful.Public endorsement by the government and healthcare providers would also probably increase acceptance of HPV vaccination.
