摘要
细胞色素P450(cytochrome p450,P450s)是一类数量众多、功能复杂的血红素结合蛋白,对许多内源、外源化合物起着氧化代谢作用。线虫作为地球上生存策略最多样的动物之一,对其细胞色素P450基因研究很少,仅对模式线虫秀丽隐杆线虫等少数几种线虫P450s有部分研究。过去一直认为寄生线虫中氧化代谢不是其主要的代谢过程,然而越来越多的研究表明P450s在寄生线虫中也发挥重要作用。本文通过与秀丽隐杆线虫基因组中P450s相比较,综述已开展研究的几种寄生线虫:马来丝虫(Brugia malayi),旋盘尾丝虫(Onchocerca volvulus)和捻转血茅线虫(Haemonchus contortus)基因组中P450s的数量、种类、功能和进化研究,为其他线虫特别是寄生线虫的生长发育和抗药性研究提供理论依据和研究模式。
Cytochrome P450 sare a large group of heme-binding proteins with complex functions encoded by the cytochrome p450 gene family,which oxidizes endogenous and xenobiotic substances.Nematodes are one type of organism with the most diverse survival strategies.However,studies have seldom examined cytochrome P450 in nematodes.Only a few studies have used Caenorhabditis elegans as a model.For many years,studies suggested that oxidative metabolism was not a major process in parasitic nematodes.However,studies have increasingly suggested that cytochrome P450 splay an important role in parasitic nematodes.The current review summarizes recent advances in the study of C.elegans and other types of parasitic nematodes(Brugia malayi,Onchocerca volvulus,and Haemonchus contortus)in terms of the number of types of cytochrome P450 s,their functions,and their evolution.These findings may provide a theoretical basis for the study of the growth and development and the drug resistance of C.elegans and other parasitic nematodes and their use as models.
