摘要 增程式电动汽车中的辅助动力单元通过发电产生电能传输到直流母线上,为动力电池和驱动电机供电。本文首先根据增程式电动汽车的特点,设计了发动机多工作点控制策略,并针对APU模式切换过程中的动态工况,提出了一种APU轨迹优化控制策略,采用遗传算法优化发动机和发动机的运行轨迹,进而确定一条油耗最低的APU系统工作轨迹。仿真与实验结果证明,本文提出的控制策略,相对于传统的恒温器控制策略,在燃油经济性上有一定的改善。 An APU in extended-range electric vehicle generates electricity to the DC bus, and provides pow- er for the power battery and the drive motor. Based on the characteristics of the extended - range electric ve- hicle, the engine multi - operating point control strategy is designed in this paper. For APU mode switching process, an APU trajectory optimization control strategy is proposed. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the trajectory of the engine and the engine in mode switching process, and the operation trajectory of the APU system with the best efficiency and emission is determined. Simulation and experimental results show that the control strategy in this paper has some improvement in fuel economy and emission compared with the traditional thermostat control strategy.
