The research of Change Mind Strategy in upshift process of Double Clutch Transmission

本文研究双离合自动变速器在升档过程中的Change Mind策略。该方法以驾驶意图为输入,根据升档过程处于充油、转速同步和扭矩交换等不同阶段,设计快速、可行且符合驾驶意图的change mind策略。该方法应用于实车测试,结果表明该方法适用性好,稳定性高,可以有效改善车辆的驾驶性能。

Change Mind Method in upshift process is researched in this paper based on the mechanical structure, features of hydraulic system and electronic control system of double clutch transmission. The method considering the driver＇s intention, the dynamic performance and economy, based on different phase of current upshift, performs fast and accurate shift strategy by both clutches. Then apply the new method to vehicle test, and the test results shows that it has good applicability and stability. It can effectively improve the vehicle driving performance.
