摘要
缓倾斜薄矿脉赋存在我国金属和非金属矿山较为常见。针对南温河钨矿全面法采矿残留矿柱的留存条件和回采难点进行分析和研究,提出使用人工假柱置换矿柱的矿柱回采方案。研究表明:混凝土人工假柱尺寸6.0m,间距10~12m能够满足矿柱的安全回采;同时回收矿柱约为14.8万t,产出钨精矿约776.3t,净收入约7 700万元。在保证安全的前提下,为企业带来良好的经济效益。
Gently inclined and thin veins are widely distributed in metal and nonmetallic mines in China.Combined with the retention conditions and the difficulty of mining in the residual pillars in the Nanwenhe tungsten mine,this paper presents a pillar recovery scheme using artificial pillars to replace the original ore-pillar resources.The results show that the artificial pillar has a size of 6.0 mand a spacing of 10 to 12 mcould meet the requirements of the ore-pillar safely recovery.At the same time,the weight of the recovered pillar is about 148,000 t,the output of the tungsten powder is about 776.3 tand the net income is about RMB 77 million Yuan.The method not only ensures the safe recovery of the ore-pillar,but also brings significant economic benefits to the mining enterprise.
