摘要 Stanford A型主动脉夹层是外科领域危急重症,2015年国际性多中心大样本研究（IRAD）报道手术治疗死亡18%[1],得益于孙氏手术[2]的推广,国内手术死亡约占10%[3].Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者,合并主动脉瓣关闭不全时手术更复杂,术后死亡增加.
