菟丝子中金丝桃苷的提取工艺优选

Optimization on the Extraction Process of Hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae

目的:优选菟丝子中金丝桃苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过单因素试验法和L_9(3~4)正交试验法对提取条件进行优选,以金丝桃苷的含量为评价指标,并采用高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果:最终提取工艺确定为:回流提取法、75%乙醇、提取3次、每次1h、液固比12:1。结论:菟丝子中金丝桃苷的提取工艺优选结果为后期菟丝子的制剂工艺研究提供了理论依据。

Objective： To optimize the extraction process ofhyperoside in Semen cuscutae. Methods： Using the content ofhyperoside, which was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, as the evaluation index, the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor test and L9 （34） orthogonal test. Results ： The extraction process was optimized as follows ： reflux extraction method, 75%ethanol, extraction 3 times, each time 1 h, liquid-solid ratio 12 ： 1. Conclusion： The optimized extraction process ofhyperoside in Semen cuscutae provided at heoret ical basis for the research of Semen cuscutae preparation.
