摘要 介绍适用于注CO_2井的低启动排量流量计。针对注入剖面小层吸液量细分的要求,流量计采用倒伞集流方式,有效降低启动排量;采用双涡轮计量,提高单次测井成功率,增强流量计的实用性。阐述流量计在注CO_2井中测量流量的可行性、实用性;介绍流量计的结构、原理、技术指标及数据处理方法;分析了模拟井标定资料与现场测井资料。研制的注CO_2笼统井低启动排量流量计可以在CO_2驱注气井录取动态流量资料,为评价油田开发效果及制定调整方案提供准确依据。 This paper introduces a low-threshold flowmeter in CO2 injectors. The umbrella flow-concentrating flowmeter is used to reduce threshold effectively to meet the demands of zonal intake separate measurement, and dual-spinner is adopted to improve the success of single run and the practicability of flowmeter. The feasibility and practicability of flowmeter are illustrated in CO2 injectors. The structure, principle, specifications and data-processing are also introduced. The results show that low-threshold flowmeter in CO2 general injectors can record dynamic data in CO2-flooded gas wells. It offers the accurate basis for evaluating the oilfield development effects and making the adjustment plan.
