摘要
场监雷达必须能够快速、实时监视机场内的目标,其数据率通常≤1 s。为实现该指标,天线必须能够实现高速水平旋转(转速通常为60 r/min),而以往的空管雷达天线座均不能满足其指标要求(转速通常为6~15 r/min)。文中采用双电机与蜗轮蜗杆式减速机直连驱动设计、高速旋转天线的动平衡设计、高速旋转传动系统的浸油润滑与非接触式旋转密封设计等关键技术以及远程监测天线座内油位和油温、远程监测天线座水平状态、远程进行温控等辅助设计,完成了一种具有可高速水平旋转、可远程监测运行状态、可靠性高的场监雷达天线座研制工作。该研制成果已应用于机场场面监视雷达且无故障运行时间大于17 520 h。
The surface monitoring radar must be able to carry out fast real-time monitoring of targets within the airport. Its data rate is usually less than or equal to 1 s. To meet the requirements, the antenna pedestal must be able to realize high speed horizontal rotation (usually its rotation speed is 60 r/min). The conventional ATC ra- dar antenna pedestal, however, cannot meet the requirements (usually its rotation speed is 6 r/min to 15 r/ min). A highly reliable surface monitoring radar antenna pedestal, whose horizontal rotation speed is very high and whose running state can be monitored remotely, is designed based on the key technologies including drive design with double motor connected directly with worm gear and worm reducer, dynamic balance design of the high speed rotating antenna, the oil lubrication baptism of high speed transmission system and non-contact rota- ting seal design and the auxiliary designs including remote monitoring design of the oil level & temperature in the antenna pedestal, remote monitoring design of the antenna pedestal horizontal position and remote control design of the oil temperature. This result has been applied to the airport surface monitoring radar with trouble-free run- ning time of more than 17 520 h.
