摘要 弹载雷达安装架的抗高过载设计是新型信息化弹药设计的一大难点。目前,弹载雷达安装架主要通过采用高强度铝合金材料和优化结构来提高强度,但其减重效果不明显。由于强度高、密度小等特点,碳纤维复合材料被越来越多地应用到航空航天领域。文中设计了高强度铝合金和碳纤维2种材料的安装架结构,对比了2种结构的静力学和动力学特性,分析了2种方案的特点。该设计思路可供以后类似安装架结构的设计参考。 The design of a rack of missile-borne radar against high overload is very difficult in the new-type in- formation based ammunition design. At present the strength of the rack is improved mainly by adopting alumi- num alloy with high strength and structure optimization, but the weight of the rack isn't reduced obviously. Due to high strength and low density, the carbon fiber reinforced composites is more and more widely used in aerospace industry. Aiming to the strict requirements of strength and weight, in this paper two kinds of rack structure are designed with aluminum alloy and carbon fiber reinforced composites. The static and dynamic characteristics of the rack structures are analyzed for the structure design of the similar rack. and compared. This design idea can provide useful reference
