摘要
针对旋翼无人机螺旋桨的设计需求,研究了旋翼无人机小型螺旋桨静拉力性能的工程计算方法,并构建了基于虚拟仪器的螺旋桨性能测控系统。采用涡流理论作为螺旋桨静拉力特性的计算方法,结合图形化设计软件Lab VIEW,构建了螺旋桨静拉力测控试验台。通过该测控试验台对计算结果进行了对比验证,分析结果表明计算结果与实验数据趋势一致,最大平均相对误差不超过10%,吻合较好,准确度较高。
According to the requirements of the propeller design for rotor unmanned aerial vehicle ( UAV), the engineering calculation method of the static thrust performance for small propeller of rotor UAV is studied in this paper, and the measurement and control system is established based on the theory of virtual instrument. Vortex theory is adopted for the calculation of the static thrust performance. The test platform of propeller static thrust is established using the graphical modeling software LabVIEW. The calculation results are compared with the experimental data for verification. Analysis result shows that the trend of calculation results matches the trend of experimental data, the maximum average relative error is less than 10%. The calculation has high accuracy and can be trusted.
