两种膜式氧合器对大鼠体外循环中动脉血氧分压及超敏肌钙蛋白的影响

摘要 目的比较大鼠型膜式氧合器和家兔型膜式氧合器在大鼠体外循环(CPB)过程中对动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)以及血浆超敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-TNT)的影响,为建立大鼠体外循环模型选择合适的工具提供依据。方法动静脉置管后,将雄性SD大鼠分为大鼠型膜式氧合器组(S组)和家兔型膜式氧合器组(T组)(n=8)。S组采用大鼠型膜式氧合器,T组采用家兔型膜式氧合器。CPB过程中,PaO_2<120mmHg终止实验。CPB 110min后收集动脉血,比较两组的PaO_2以及hs-TNT。结果 S组需要达到实验要求的动物多于T组。CPB末,S组PaO_2显著低于T组(P<0.05),hs-TNT显著高于T组(P<0.05)。结论大鼠CPB模型中,家兔型膜式氧合器较大鼠型膜式氧合器氧合功能更稳定,心肌损害更小。 Objective To provide the convenience for establishment of rat CPB model, arterial oxygen pressure and hypersentive troponin T during rat CPB with different membrane oxygenators designed for rats or rabbits were compared. Methods After CPB preparation,male SD rats were divided into S group and T group. In S group, mem- brane oxygenator designed for rats was used^in T group,membrane oxygenator designed for rabbits was used. Dur- ing CPB, the experiment was suspended if the oxygen pressure was found to be lower than 120 mmHg. At the end of CPB, arterial blood was collected to detect oxygen pressure and hypersentive troponin T. Results More rats were used in S group because of the low oxygen pressure. At the end of CPB, the oxygen pressure in S group was lower than that in T group,hypersentive troponin T in S group higher than that of T group. Conclusion For rat CPB model,more stable oxygenation function and less cardiac injury are found in the membrane oxygenator designed for rabbits com- paring the membrane oxygenator designed for rats.
