薄荷油脐部湿热敷预防混合痔术后便秘30例临床观察

Clinical observation of hot-wet umbilical compression with peppermint oil on 30 patients of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid in preventing constipation

目的观察薄荷油脐部湿热敷预防混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组予肛肠科常规术后护理配合脐部薄荷油湿热敷,对照组予肛肠科常规术后护理配合脐部湿热敷(不加薄荷油)。连续热敷1~2 d,比较2组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气恢复时间和排便恢复时间。结果治疗组可显著缩短肠鸣音恢复时间、排气恢复时间、排便恢复时间,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薄荷油脐部湿热敷可有效缩短混合痔术后患者肠鸣音、排气、排便恢复时间,预防混合痔术后便秘疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of hot-wet umbilical compression with peppermint oil for patients of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid in preventing constipation. Methods 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was given routine care and hot-wet umbilical compression with peppermint oil;the control group was intervened with routine care and hot-wet umbilical compression without peppermint oil. 1 to 2 days later, recovery time of bowel sound, air exhaust and defecation were compared between two groups. Results Recovery time of bowel sound, air exhaust and defecation in treatment group was much shorter than that in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hot-wet umbilical compression with peppermint oil can obviously shorten the recovery time of bowel sound, air exhaust and defecation, which is effective in preventing constipation. The therapy is worth promoting in clinic.
