穴位按摩防治乳腺癌术后放射性肺炎40例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of acupoint massage in decreasing the incidence and severity of radiation pneumonitis for 40 patients after breast cancer operation

目的观察穴位按摩防治乳腺癌术后放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月南通大学附属医院放疗科的乳腺癌术后患者共80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。在进行放疗的同时,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予穴位按摩进行干预。分别通过放射性肺炎分级以及沃特斯临床影像生理评分系统(CRP)评分判定2组的干预疗效。结果观察组放射性肺炎分级及CRP评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩可以减轻及预防乳腺癌术后放射性肺炎,改善患者呼吸困难,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage in decreasing the incidence and severity of radiation pneumonitis for patients after breast cancer operation. Methods 80 postoperative breast cancer patients collected in the affiliated hospital of Nantong university （2015.6 to 2016, 6 ） were randomized into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each. With radiotherapy simultaneously, the control group was given usual care, the observation group was intervened with acupoint massage additionally. The effects of two groups were evaluated through radiation pneumonitis grade and CRP score. Results Radiation pneumonitis grade and CRP score in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint massage can significantly decrease the incidence and severity of radiation pneumonitis and alleviate difficult breath. It is worth promoting in clinic.
