Evaluation and Continuous Improvement of Breast Cancer Health Lecture in Cancer Hospital

[目的]调查分析参加乳腺癌健康讲座受众的需求情况,以期更好地改进和举办乳腺癌健康讲座,帮助更多乳腺癌患者和家属。[方法]对参加中国医学科学院肿瘤医院乳腺癌健康讲座的190位受众进行问卷调查,对统计结果进行描述性分析。[结果]一次性发出调查问卷190份,回收有效问卷185份,有效率为97.4%。参加乳腺癌健康讲座的受众以患者居多,占86.4%,家属占13.6%。97.8%参与者对健康讲座活动整体满意。乳腺癌健康讲座对乳腺癌患者的康复指导、护理指导、用药指导,了解乳腺癌的预防知识、治疗知识都有很大的帮助,同时病友之间可以互相鼓励,增加战胜癌症的信心。[结论]乳腺癌健康讲座还有很多地方需要改进,需扩宽传播渠道,扩大传播效果;开展心理指导,扫除心灵雾霾;内容要通俗易懂,形式需灵活多样;要加强康复互助,树立抗癌信心。

[Purpose] To evaluate the breast cancer health lecture in cancer hospital. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was carried out among audience attending the breast cancer health lectures at cancer hospital,and the results were analyzed. [Results] Total 190 questionnaires were distributed,and 185 valid questionnaires returned（97.4%）,including 160 from the patients（86.4%） and 25 from relatives of patients（13.6%）. 97.8% of participants were satisfied with the overall health lecture activities. The breast cancer health lecture helped patients in rehabilitation,nursing,medication guide,increasing knowledge of the prevention and treatment. At the same time,patients were encouraged each other,increasing the confidence to overcome cancer. [Conclusion] Breast cancer health lectures in cancer hospital can improve the quality of care and increase the confidence to overcome cancer for patients,but there are still rooms for further improvement.
