即墨的“小镇style”——即墨构建特色小镇“范本”

作为推进城乡发展一体化的重要突破口,特色小镇建设对经济转型升级、新型城镇化建设具有重要意义。特色小镇的发展,不仅能够带动周边农村基础设施建设和公共服务发展,还有利于吸纳农村劳动力就业,促进一、二、三产业融合发展,更能推动城市文明迅速向农村扩展,实现城乡协调发展。其实,早在2015年,＂特色小镇＂这一议题就被即墨提上日程,并组织专人赴浙江特色小镇建设先进地区考察学习。

Construction of characteristic town is an important breakthrough for promotion of integrated urban and rural development and has great significance for economic transformation and upgrading as well as new urbanization construction. The development of characteristic town located in the rural-urban fringe zone can drive the infrastructure construction and public service development in the surrounding rural area, be beneficial to absorbing rural labors, advance the integration development of the first, second and third industry, promote the urban civilization to spread in the rural area rapidly, and achieve coordinated urban and rural development.So far this year, in accordance with the strategy of 'cultivation with focus, promotion by steps and advancement at all aspects', Jimo has launched the establishment project of characteristic town, determining to build 8 characteristic town including the town of hot spring, town of aviation, town of rose, town of automobile, town of solar energy, town of children's wear, town of cross-border electric business, and town of agricultural machinery in 5 years. It will also build the national forest park, national agricultural park, and blue village city.
