本文基于近场通讯技术(NFC),阐述了安全模块的技术架构及手机访问机制,结合目前技术热点TSM等就移动终端实现居民健康卡发卡方案进行了探讨,并对基于移动终端的居民健康卡方案的优势与挑战进行了分析。
