“一带一路”建设语言培训问题及建议

The Problems and Suggestions of Language Training Under the Construction of "the Belt and Road"

语言互通是"一带一路"建设互联互通的基础和保障,如何实现沿线地区和国家建设者的语言顺利沟通,语言培训发挥重要的作用。本文对"一带一路"语言培训必要性进行阐释,指出应从培训对象的实际情况出发,通过各种形式的语言培训,满足不同层次、不同群体的语言需求,以此作为学校教育的重要补充。当前,"一带一路"新形势下语言培训面临服务大局意识不强;培训视域固化、狭窄;缺乏深入调查分析;培训准备不足、行动滞后等问题,文章提出应改革外语课程结构,增加语言培训种类;关注重点区域、重点人群的语言培训;发挥政府部门的主导引领作用;加强社会语言培训机构建设;拓宽语言培训渠道,构建网络培训平台。语言培训应抓住机遇、有所作为,更好地为"一带一路"沿线建设者服务,促进语言事业的蓬勃发展。

Language interoperability is the foundation and guarantee for the construction of 'The Belt and Road' interconnection.Language training play an important role to realize the language communication between regions and countries. Based on the necessity of 'The Belt and Road' language training interpretation,this article pointed out that language training can meet different levels and different groups of language needs, and it is an important supplement of school education. At present, language training faced some problems. For example, lacking of language training awareness, inadequate preparation and there has no investigation and analysis. This paper proposes that we should reform the curriculum structure of foreign language training and increase language training species. In the same time, we should focus on language training for the special groups. The government should play a leading role for language training and the society ought to broaden language training channels, and build the language training network platform. Language training should seize the opportunity and do some works to promote the development of language service.
