收肌管置管神经阻滞对膝关节置换患者术后早期镇痛和恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究临床行膝关节置换术患者恢复的过程中,应用收集管置管神经阻滞对早期镇痛及术后恢复的影响。方法选取我院择期膝关节置换术患者80例,随机分为全身麻醉组(A组)和全身麻醉联合连续收肌管阻滞组(B组),每组40例,评价应用收集管置管神经阻滞术后镇痛及恢复情况的影响。结果与A组比较,B组术后6、12h的静息时VAS评分(RVAS),主动功能锻炼时VAS评分(AVAS)和被动功能锻炼时VAS评分(PVAS)均显著降低(P<0.05),而术后24、48h的静息和运动状态VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后不同时间点的关节主动屈曲角度(°)B组显著优于A组(P<0.05)。且B组比A组的术后恶心呕吐和头晕不良反应发生率低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论连续收肌管阻滞有利于膝关节置换患者术后早期镇痛和功能锻炼,可促进膝关节置换患者康复。
