摘要
目的 利用3.0 T磁共振IDEAL-IQ技术探讨定量评估肝脏脂肪含量的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析广州中医药大学第二临床医学院大学城医院2015年5月至2015年12月行3.0 T磁共振IDEAL-IQ技术扫描的病例46例,定量测量肝脏脂肪含量,并进行分度.结果 MR诊断脂肪肝41例(89.1%),脂肪肝分度:轻度23例(23/41,56.2%),轻-中度5例(5/41,12.2%),中度11例(11/41,26.8%),中-重度1例(1/41,2.4%),重度1例(1/41,2.4%).结论 3.0 T磁共振IDEAL-IQ技术是可以定量评估肝脏脂肪含量的无创手段,为临床脂肪肝的早期诊断、疾病评估和疗效评估提供有力手段.
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of quantitative assessment of liver fat content by 3.0 T magnetic resonance IDEAL-IQ sequence. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients,who underwent 3.0 T magnetic resonance IDEAL-IQ sequence in the University Hospital of Second Clinical Medical College,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between August 2016 and January 2017,were retrospectively analyzed. The liver fat content was determined by quantitative assessment,and classified. Results There were 41 cases of fatty liver(89.1%)by MR diagnosis,fatty liver classification:23 mild(23/41,56.2%),5 mild to moderate(5/41,12.2%),11 moderate(11/41,26.8%),1 moderate to severe (1/41,2.4%),and 1 severe (1/41,2.4%). Conclusion 3.0 T magnetic resonance IDEAL-IQ sequence is a noninvasive means for quantitative assessment of liver fat content,providing a powerful means for early diagnosis,disease evaluation and effect evaluation of fatty liver in the clinical settings.
