经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合放射性125I粒子及槐耳颗粒治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效分析

Effect of TACE and radioactive 125I particles and Huaier granule in treatment of moderate and advanced liver cancer

目的 探讨TACE联合放射性125I粒子及槐耳颗粒治疗中晚期肝癌的临床价值.方法 将80例入选中晚期肝癌患者通过前瞻随机临床分2组进行研究,观察组行TACE联合放射性125I粒子及槐耳颗粒治疗,对照组TACE联合125I粒子植入术.随访时间12个月,通过进行治疗前后肿瘤病灶影像学评估、临床症状改善、AFP、肝功能相关指标等方面来比较2种方法的近、远期疗效.结果 观察组与对照组术后半年、1年有效率分别为97.1%、85.7%和71.4%、57.1%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的肝功能损害低于对照组.结论 TACE联合放射性125I粒子及槐耳颗粒治疗中晚期肝癌疗效确切,安全可靠.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE）and radioactive 125I particles and Huaier granule in the treatment of moderate and advanced liver cancer. Methods Eighty patients with moderate and advanced liver cancer were included and divided into 2 groups prospectively and randomly. The study group was treated with TACE and radioactive 125I particles and Huaier granule. The control group was treated with TACE and 125I particles implantation. Both groups were followed up for 12 months. The imaging evaluation of tumor lesions,improvement of clinical symptoms,AFP and liver function related indexes before and after treatment were determined to compare the short-term and the long-term effects between the two groups. Results The effective rates were 97.1%,85.7%and 71.4%and 57.1%in the study group and the control group at half a year and 1 year after the operation,respectively. The effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The liver injury in the study group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion TACE and radioactive 125I particles and Huaier granule in the treatment of moderate and advanced liver cancer is effective,safe and reliable.
