摘要
为了解BOF-LF-CC工艺生产的SPHC钢精炼过程中钢液洁净度的变化情况,设计了两种脱氧工艺条件下LF精炼过程中钢液洁净度实验。分析了钢液氧化性对精炼过程中钢液洁净度的影响,研究了精炼过程中夹杂物的形貌及含量的变化。结果表明:强脱氧工艺有利于降低精炼过程钢液内T[O]总量,该工艺条件下LF出站时夹杂物以复合夹杂物为主,夹杂含量平均为3.06个/mm^2。
In order to understand the change of molten steel cleanliness of SPHC steel produced by BOF-LF-CC process during refining,the cleanliness experiment under two deoxidization processes were designed.The influence of the oxidation of molten steel on its cleanliness during refining was analyzed,and the morphology and content of inclusions in refining process were studied,too. The results showthat the deoxidation process was beneficial to reduce the total T[O]content in the refining process. The inclusions in the LF exit were mainly composite inclusions under that condition,and the average content of inclusion was 3. 06/mm^2.
