摘要
研究了采用电铝热法制备钒铝合金过程中产品产量和质量的影响因素。研究结果表明,还原剂铝粒与V_2O_5的配比为0.94∶1,二次加料过程中V_2O_5投入量为200 kg,累计V_2O_5投入量为400 kg,电加热时间为9 min时,得到的钒铝合金成分最佳,合金截面氧化膜比例最小,各项指标均满足内控标准。
The influence factors of the yield and quality of vanadium-aluminum alloy by electro-aluminothermic process are studied. The results showthat the composition of vanadium-aluminum alloy is the best,the proportion of oxide film of alloy cross section is the smallest,and all the indexes meet the internal control standard under conditions that the proportion of the reducing agent aluminum particles and vanadium pentoxide is 0. 94∶ 1,the input amount of vanadium pentoxide is 200 kg in secondary feeding,the cumulative amount was 400 kg,and the heating time is 9 min.
