承钢连铸中间包水口粘结原因及改进

摘要 介绍了承钢SPHC铝镇静钢的生产工艺,分析了低碳铝镇静钢浇铸过程中间包水口粘结现象的原因,并分别针对温度和Al_2O_3引起的低温絮流制定了相应的改进措施。实施后,连铸水口絮流现象得到有效解决,大于30μm的Al_2O_3夹杂基本去除,连铸机生产稳定、正常。 This paper introduced the production process of SPHC aluminum killed steel,analyzed the reason of tundish nozzle sticking of lowcarbon aluminum killed steel,and the corresponding improvement measures for lowtemperature flocculating flowcaused by temperature or Al2O3 were also made. After the implementation,the flocculating flowin nozzle has been effectively solved,the Al2O3 inclusions larger than30 μm are basically removed,and the production of the caster is stable and normal.
