摘要
介绍了河钢宣钢焦化厂一塔式脱苯工艺流程。对脱苯工艺不凝气放散夹带问题进行了分析。认为放散夹带原因是脱苯用蒸汽压力不稳定和放散装置设计不合理造成的。通过加强管理和重新设计制作不凝气放散装置,保证了蒸汽压力的稳定供给。经过一年多的运行,效果良好。有效解决了脱苯工艺不凝气放散夹带问题。既保证了轻苯收率,又解决了轻苯放散形成的环境污染,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益。
The tower-type benzene removal process is introduced in this paper. The non-condensable gas diffusion entrainment of benzene removal process is analyzed. It is believed that the cause of the diffusion entrainment is the instability of the steam pressure and the unreasonable design of the discharge device. The stable supply of the steam pressure is achieved by strengthening the management and redesign of the non-condensable gas release device. It effectively solves the problem of non-condensable gas diffusion entrainment in benzene removal process,whose effect is good after more than a year operation. It not only ensures the yield of light benzene,but also solves the environmental pollution caused by the emission of light benzene,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
