摘要 为了解决城际动车组头罩车钩等机构上机械式行程开关易出现误动作的问题,设计一种新型的电磁感应式传感器及检测电路,采用电磁感应原理、非接触式信号采集与隔离技术,无需机械接触或施加任何压力,即可检测动作机构是否到位,有效解决了城际动车组头罩车钩控制指令与到位状态不一致的故障。在城际动车组上实际应用表明,该检测电路检测准确可靠、抗干扰能力强。 In order to solve the mal-operation problem of the mechanical switches on the intercity EMUs head cover and coupler,a new type of inductive sensor and detection circuit was designed based on electromagnetic induction principle,non-contact signal acquisition and isolation technology,which could check whether the actuating unit was in place without mechanical contact or pressure.The inconsistent problem between the instruction and the state of the position was solved effectively.The detection circuit has been applied in the intercity EMUs,which has the advantages of accurate detection and strong anti-interference ability.
